LTCC holds first AI & Copilot training session with Moresi.com, drawing 350+ participants

Lugano, 1 April 2026 — The Lifestyle Tech Competence Center (LTCC) successfully held the first session of its AI & Copilot training series today. Titled “AI & Copilot training – fundamentals on Microsoft 365”, the session was organized by LTCC and delivered by Moresi.com.

Record engagement

The response from the LTCC community was exceptional: 15 participants joined in person in Lugano, while over 350 professionals attended online, making it one of the LTCC Association’s most widely participated training initiatives.

Four hours of practical learning

The four-hour session provided a comprehensive introduction to Microsoft Copilot across effective prompting, Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Teams, equipping participants with immediately applicable skills to enhance productivity and streamline daily workflows.

Opening remarks by Alberto De Zaiacomo

LTCC coordinator Alberto De Zaiacomo opened the session by outlining why LTCC invested in this training pathway:

“I’m really happy to welcome you to our first AI & Copilot training session. Thank you all for joining — both those here in Lugano and those connected online. The interest has been amazing: over 500 people registered across the three sessions, which shows how much curiosity there is around this topic.”

He then shared two key data points underscoring AI’s business impact:

“According to a UK Government trial from June 2025, Copilot users save about 26 minutes a day — a huge time saving for every employee. And according to Microsoft’s Work Trend Index, we can see around a 30% boost in productivity on daily tasks. That’s pretty impressive.”

De Zaiacomo emphasized that the initiative responded directly to member needs:

“Many of our initiatives start from concrete needs coming directly from our members — just like this training, which was suggested by one of our fashion members after seeing how much Copilot was helping their teams save time and work more efficiently. That is exactly our mission: bringing people together, sharing knowledge, and turning innovation into local value.”

Acknowledgements

LTCC extends its sincere gratitude to Moresi.com and to trainer Sviatoslav Pilyanskij, Microsoft Cloud Consultant at Moresi.com, for the exceptional quality, clarity and relevance of the training content. Their expertise ensured that both in-person and remote participants gained actionable insights from day one.

What’s next

This first session marks the start of a multi-module learning pathway on AI adoption in Microsoft 365. Upcoming sessions on 15 April and 29 April will explore advanced, role-specific use cases in Excel, PowerPoint and Teams.
