
Lugano, 10 December 2025 – Students from the USI Master in Digital Fashion Communication presented today their creative ideas to innovate the customer experience across the e-commerce platforms of LTCC member VF Corporation.
Six teams, each composed of five students, showcased their projects during the session, presenting six unique UX concepts developed through collaborative teamwork and research-driven design.
Under the guidance of Francesca Manna, LTCC UX Researcher, and Prof. Lorenzo Cantoni, USI Academic Supervisor, the students analyzed the digital and physical channels of VF brands Vans, Timberland, and The North Face, exploring how to make the user journey more engaging and interactive.
Their proposals included innovative concepts to create a more immersive and emotionally connected online shopping experience.
The presentations were attended by the VF Corporation UX team, represented by Silvia Di Gianfrancesco, Senior Manager UX, and Natalia Rosso, User Experience Researcher, who shared valuable feedback and insights with the students.
The session offered inspiring perspectives on how digital fashion brands can evolve towards more interactive, realistic, and socially connected online experiences.
